i'm sebastian, LocalNerdCase on here, i'm an internet person with neurodivergence and several dreams.
my interests mostly include things related to art, like games/videos/music/other stuff like illustration. i make art of my own, but i don't always post it online, maybe i'll have a link to a website that i post art on later, who knows.
a rougelike dungeon crawler about a boy escaping to his imagination from his abusive religous mother.
the game that infulenced my whole target asthetic, as well as the type of themes that i think about writing about.
an action platformer about a fairy who tries to get her ability to fly back.
if you haven't heard of this game, then you're not alone and you should really amend that. it has all the makings of a beloved game, but it has yet to see it's big break. the main character monie is such a cinnamon roll, and i don't use that term lightly.
a circle of musicians that formed recently. they make original vocaloid songs pretaining to different flavours of love.
admittedly i like butcher vanity and various remixes of it far more than the other (currently) 5 songs, with water the roses as a second favorite.
a common interest of many people of my age group, i know, but still. my favorite song by him varies by the day, so don't expect me to list any.
can't wait for his music to appear in a movie in the future!
wholesome vibes mixed with surrealist humour.
the other half (2/3rds?) of my general writing asthetic, aside from "dark and depressing" from isaac (see above). worthikids' stuff as a whole has been a slow build with me in interest, but i do recommend this to people who haven't seen it.
a semi-subversive fantasy series that covers a wide array of mediums.
i could've probably put this in the 'games' section of this page since the series started out as a video game series, but it just spans too many forms of media for me to consider it just a "video game'. that, and, i've never actually played any of the games myself, like many other touhou fans. also has a vast and vibrant fanbase that can (while operating under certain guidelines,) make money off selling their fanworks.
similar to touhou on an abstract level, but still very different.
i've heard this series as being what touhou was back in 2005. i think as of current this series still has yet to find it's own footing, but it has developed it's own identity.
